I want to create a flow where Synchronous send a message from a queue MQ "A" into a queue MQ "B", where an application server get the message. Then the Application Server answer a response to a queue MQ "C" and the broker sent to a queue "D". The Application Server will have only 20 seconds to respond otherwise to take other action in the flow. I can give alternatives?

when sending a message to an application server like to control the response time of the application server from the broker since sending the message until the application server responds to another queue
