Hello everyone,

Wondering if anybody has any experience with accessing Tivoli Access Mgr (TAM) from message Broker (6.0 on AIX). Requirement is - Input message field 'USERID' needs to be sent to TAM to get back a 'PASSWORD'. TAM authentication details available.
Any insights ?

Tried the following post but did not help much.

Thanks for your time.

Use Java Compute Node for accessing TAM from message broker.

You need PD.jar from TAM runtime environment, TAM config file and keystore file for accessing TAM from message broker.

There is a specific product TAMBI (TAM for Business Integration) which may be of interest as it works with the message broker.

I would suggest sending a message (eg MQ) to an interface to TAM which could be located on another platform (eg the TAM server).

Maybe TAM has a webservices interface these days? Keep it as standard as possible in the broker.
