Hi,
Iam trying to create Queue Mnager on Linux environment with the following command.
crtmqm -lf 2048 -lp 30 -ls 30 -q Queue Manager name

after that

strmqm QMname

while running this command iam getting error like
Insufficient license units
Websphere MQ was unable to open an error message 893

Please help me in this regard.

Look into the /var/mqm/errors and run the ffstsummary tool. If you are a brave man, you can analyze the FDC files.

Hi,

Please check whether the amqpcert.lic file is present in the bin directory of the installed path.
Also try to issue the command setmqcap=1 before you run the command.
Such errors are usually accompanies with a FDC file in the /var/mqm/errors/ directory.
It should give you some insight on the problem

I assume, he is using MQ V6, if so there is no need to set the capacity, as we were doing it for MQ V 5.3.

Let him look in to the FDC first and get back to us.
