Non - Technical:
Experience of leading/mentoring 2-3 resources.
Good written communication.
Ownership for the deliverables.
Task Delegation and tracking skill.

Technical:
MQ Programming experience.
Functional and Technical design of MQ modules
Review of deliverables (Code, Documents, Logs)
Requirement collection/Analysis.
Expertise in Coding: MQ Exits, Executables, Services and scripts.

Exposure required:
1.Exposure to banking domain.
2.Awareness/Exposure to EAI technologies like WBIMB/WPG/ Webservices.
3.Exposure to Production support.

Primary Skills Required:
Skills
MQ
C
Shell Scripting
Secondary Skills Required:
Skills
Java
Perl scripting
Batch scripting

Location : Bangalore
Experience : 4 - 6 yrs
