add to that...WMQ V7 is an beta version...so certification won't be availble in the near future

No, it's out of beta as of end of June.
Certification will be available whenever it is, and will be announced on the site you posted. |

Does this mean, they would very soon scrap V6 certifications(or treat them as) and everyone out there starts asking for a V7 certification?

| They usually set a date at which point the "old" certification test is no longer given. As far as moving forward, it depends on whether or not you (or your boss) feel like you need the new certification. |
