The problem was the definition of remote queue on sender queue manger. It's XMITQ property was set to SYSTEM.CLUSTER.TRANSMIT.QUEUE.　We changed it to blank and it works now.

Regarding the original problem of not being able to put pessages on queue alias was also with the definition of remote queue.
Original digonosis of 2082 0x00000822 MQRC_UNKNOWN_ALIAS_BASE_Q was correct. It was a mistake while checking definitions of local queues.

Problem is solved!
