Why not import one of the samples into your toolkit that uses a JCN?
If you read the descriptions of the sample flow you can see those which use one or more JCN's.

You can follow the instructions and also make what you deploy look like that used in the examples.

Then if you still have problems, come back here with a specific problem.

Every time you reinvent the wheel the more square it gets (anon). If in doubt think and investigate before you ask silly questions.

If you wish to see the output for System.out.println, I think the place to look is: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\IBM\MQSI\components\<BROKER NAME>\<EG UUID>\console.txt

On windows you need to tick the "Allow service to interact with desktop" check box on the logon tab of the broker service (Control panel, Administrative Tools, Services). Not sure what you would have to do on other platforms.

On Unix systems,
<WorkPath>/components/<BrokerName>/<EG UUID>/stdout
<WorkPath>/components/<BrokerName>/<EG UUID>/stderr
