Hi ,
I am using MQ V 5.2 on solaris system now my requirement is i want to upgrade from MQ V 5.2 to MQ V 6.0 before upgradation i want to install MQ V 6.0 on same server for testing if test will be successful then we will upgrade to MQ V 6.0.
can i installed MQ V 6.0 on same server where MQ V 5.2 is already running if installed then what will be procedure to installed.
it is urgent.

u can have only one instance of MQ running and working on a server..
there was a dicussion in past wrt having two instances but that had lot of technicalities involved..
installation of 6 on server ll upgrade the existing installation

Well, if they really are running v5.2, then you can definitely say that they did wait....  |

Well, if they really are running v5.2, then you can definitely say that they did wait.... |
