It seems that you only have two choices. Either alter the sending application to identify the messages in MQ groups, or, depending on message size, change it to send them as one big message that you need to unpack at the other end.

There is a another possibility that would probably be simpler from an MQ standpoint. Just send the YOS messages to one queue and the YCC messages to another.

The browse and get under cursor (MQGMO_MSG_UNDER_CURSOR) works well for me.
