Hi, all

I'm getting the message:

11/16/07 19:13:00 - Process(29530.1) User(mqm) Program(runmqchl_nd)
AMQ9516: File error occurred.

EXPLANATION:
The filesystem returned error code 1001 for file 'AMQRSYNA.DAT'.
ACTION:
Record the name of the file 'AMQRSYNA.DAT' and tell the systems administrator, who should ensure that file 'AMQRSYNA.DAT' is correct and available.
When starting a retrying channel. The command "start channel" is accepted but the channel is still on retrying state.

Please, anyone can help me?

Yes, the system administrator.

The MQSeries lab helped me.

The solution of this problem was:
1. Stop all channels (senders and receivers).
2. Execute the command "rcrmqobj -m Qmgrname -t syncfile"
This command must be run with the QM running.
This command creates a new amqrsyna.dat but it only works with linear log.
