Hi,
In the Trace Node, it's possible to write a "Pattern", to extract data from the message.
Is it possible to do this with an XML message that uses namespaces. If so, can someone supply an example of how to code this.

Any ESQL path should work...
Of course, you can't declare a namespace prefix in the Pattern....
You can use either *: or hardcode the actual value.
Root.XMLNS.RootTag.*:field.*:field2

Thanks Jeff. I got it to work using "*".
Using the full name, I could only get as far as where the namespace changed. And mixing "named" namespaces and "*" didn't work either.
