Is the following statement still true? I have never had another thought installing MQ? How mq is installed not as a jms provider?

Quote:

use WebSphere MQ as a JMS provider rather than natively because the native MQ relies on CORBA for its administration and other components. When used as a JMS provider there is no longer a reliance on CORBA. Additionally native MQ only persists incoming events to the server.

I am not sure about the above statement. Can some one please shed light on this.

Thank you very much,

This can be found at: http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/wbihelp/v6rxmx/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.wics_installation.doc/doc/installation_unix/installation_unix30.htm

which is the Interchange Server Info center and refers to how ICS handled its communications for the connectors (i.e. adapters)

It does Not pertain to the WebSphere MQ product..
