Is it ok to delete FDCs in /var/mqm/errors as /var file system is getting filledup...

You can delete the FDC files â€“ Worth investigating why these FDC files are getting. Usually there should not be any FDC files until and unless there is problem with MQ.
Please do investigate the FDC files before deleting.
