Hi All,
My company (a large retail organisation) has just started out on it's first WebSphere Message Broker integration project. We have one of the big SI (System Integrators) involved for the initial delivery.
Can anyone recommend good support companies to look after things once the project has gone live? Typically this would invole supporting production, deploying patches and solution updates along with looking after the broker's environment

whats wrong with using your current vendor (big SI) for production support? It's good to use the same vendor who completed the project initially. If you use a different vendor then they might blame the previous vendor for anything that's not working. Do you have internal ISD dept who can support the app after it goes live? If so, you can use them for daily production support. _________________ Kiran
