Hi,
Just now I have joined a new company. Here we have many queue managers (MQ Version 6.0.1.2) running on AIX box. Strange thing which I have noticed here is that I cant see the listener running. I have used the following methods to see the Listeners:
1: ps -ef|grep runmqlsr
I cant see any listener running on any port.
2.
runmqsc <QMGR_NAME>
display listener(*)
I see only the default listener which "SYSTEM.DEFAULT.LISTENER.TCP" which is in a stopped state and without any port defined.
But when I tried to connect this queue manager remotely through Windows Machine, I am able to connect it. I wanted to know where is the listener running and how to see on which port it is running?
