Can someone suggest me how to implement the "Subscription points"?

If u have more than one Publication node in a message flow, you can differentiate between them by specifying subscription points.

let the subscriber specify subscription points in MQRFH2 header and hence route the publications accordingly

refer the pub sub guide of MB for more details
