Can we change the Queue names at run time.
Say if i want to deploy the bar file which has a flow QPX_Inputprocessing and has a MQ input node BEURPOE.QPX.INPUT
can i change this to BAUS.QPX.INPUT without modifying the flow

If you're using v6 you can override it in the bar file.
You'll find the process documented in the manual. Look for "Promoting Properties"

In Broker Administration perspective, open the bar file and click on the configure tab. Expend the flow and find the input node. You will see the Queue name on right once you click on the node. Change the queue name and deploy the bar file.
