By the way, I altered the process definition to include ENVRDATA(&),... which was not the initial case.

Thanks guys for your support. THE PROBLEM IS RESOLVED. I monitored log, and found that some MQ error would pop up and would make trigger monitor failed. I recycled MQ and that solved the problem.
