We have been monitoring queue depth on multiple iseries systems running mq 5.3. As system are being upgraded to MQ 6, the monitoring is inconsistent. i.e. if we are monitoring the depth of 3 queues on a qmgr, we may get a response for only 2 of the queues. for the third queue we get no response. At the next interval we get a responses for all 3, 1 or 2 queues. We have tried a couple of tools and the results are the same. We have also found that if MQ was upgraded from 5.3 we see this problem. If MQ was a clean install, we do not see this problem. Has anyone got an idea of what may be causing this?
