I want to install MQ v6.0 by script on windows instead of GUI based next ..next concept...step by step installation of MQ on windows with the help of script

Look up "silent installation" in the manual.

It's the Quick Beginnings manual for Windows, where all subjects associated with installation are discussed and which you've undoubtably already read, accidently overlooking the section in question.

Hi Vitor
I am not able to install MQ 6.0 on Window by script
can you please guide me regarding this step by step installation
I tried given below script
Msiexec parameters USEINI="response-file" TRANSFORM="transform_file"
Msiexec /i “path\MSI\IBM WebSphere MQ.msi” /l*v c:\install.log /m mif_file TRANSFORMS=“1033.mst” AGREETOLICENSE=“yes” ADDLOCAL=“Server”
Help is appreciated if anyone is guide me regarding this

So what goes wrong? Error messages, codes, symptoms, all will prevent me having to guess...

When i am trying to install MQ by script....windows installer prompt is coming after that nothing is happen......i am not sure.....script i am using is correct or not

Maybe the prompt is coming up because a response is missing?

There is no "proper" script to install it. If there was, there would be no option to specify individual files and options within them. The "proper" script for you is the one that meets your needs, with all the responses as described in the manual.
If you're not sure what those options are, use the GUI to do the install. This is a good way for the less experienced to get to grips with the product.
