Is there any script or tool available for moving existing WF items from one owner to another. For example, there are items whose owner is "USER-A", because "USER-A" owner will long be available in the future, we will need move all those items to "USER-B".

Hi,
you will have to call the workitem.transfer() API.
There is no tool available but it should be no big deal to code a little Java program that does this job.

You must query workitems by owner (userA) and then call workitem.transfer method to userb
