Hello.

We would like to be able to allow a Manager to modify attributes for all staff assigned to him (description, level, absence)

Our system is currently using the Java Native API.

We started looking into the possibility of using the new Staff API, but we noticed it requires a DB2 Client and a MQ Workflow Client installed on the machine, which means we'll lose the advantages of the Native API.

Another option to do this would be to call "personsAuthorizedFor", then persistentPerson for each person retrieved this way, but we are unsure of the efficiency of this alternative, or if it's even possible to do what we want this way.

Has anybody come across this problems? What would be the best option?
