recently there was a 'discussion' on how to spell words correctly,
since a large population here is non-native english speakers (including myself),

PS. My English is not perfect. I know about it and I have to live with it.

In my opinion the most important is what you say rather than how you say.

It has always been my intention to write a C compiler that did not care in what order the letters in keywords occurred.

Let's extrapolate this a little more: let's alter C's computations such that it doesn't matter what the results of the calculation are, as long as the first and last number are correct.
