What version of broker and configuration manager are you using? WMQI 2.1, WMB 5.0 or WMB 6.0?

What server is you broker and configuration manager running? Windows, AIX ??

Regards,
VK.

On Windows
Use the ODBC administrator to get the names of the configured ODBC Connections from the System DSN tab
Then run mqsiservice and look for the name of the broker database. Cross reference this with the ODBC info and you can find exactly which DB is used by the broker.
The data is also in the registry.

On Unix/Linux
-Look at the .odbc.ini file
- look at the values in the registry directory for the broker or run mqsiservice.

Every time you reinvent the wheel the more square it gets (anon). If in doubt think and investigate before you ask silly questions.

We are using WBIMB 5 + CSD08
Broker is running on AIX
Configuration manager is on Windows.

Thank you,
