I'm using IBM MQ v6 on Windows 2003 server (Russian)
While executing runmqsc.exe or other command line utilities and in error log files I can see messages

AMQ6090: MQM could not display the text for error XXXXXX.

amqxms0n.dll is stored in <MQ install dir>\bin
User MUSR_MQADMIN (MQ processes owner) is member of MQM group. This group has rights to read Windows System registry entry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Eventlog\Application\WebSphere MQ
also MUSR_MQADMIN is member of Administrators group.

What's going wrong?

May be system locale and java locale are uncompatible?

The msg catalogue is not issued in Russian, so the msgs cannot be displayed in the machine locale.

Have to select non-Russian Locale in "Control Panel" - "Regional and Language options" (english or other), (or change HKCU\Control panel\International - Locale to 00000409 = eng).

And second way more rough - modifying amqxms0n.dll resource - copiing English resource MESSAGETABLE into Russian... (for example in Visual Studio)
