A PMR is a "Program Maintenance Request" (or perhaps report). You open it by either calling IBM support, or using the online tool you have available through your maintenance agreement.
I tried the suggested short term work around of setting "DefaultBindType=ISOLATED" and this resolved the issue.
in my program, the parent process can MQCONN just fine, but the forked child process can't create a new MQCONN. where to set "DefaultBindType=ISOLATED"? if i do like this, and it can bring any hidden trouble?
