I am new to JMS and programming for MQ ( though have programming background). While reading I come across about JMSAdmin. It seems like a command but I did not find it. Where can find it?

It is part of j2ee sdk or part of mq ( i did not find in mq)? I really appreciate your help

I have read about jms publisher and subcripre application in this forum but I forget. Could some one please tlel me where I can find jms pub/sub example application.
