Dear Masters,

I'm using COBOL-Structures to generate my message sets. It is some kind of documentation, because it is easier to read / change for other developer. Our mainframe-developer uses PL/1 and are using PIC X() for DATE.
Can I define REAL DATE or/and TIMESTAMP (dateTime) in my Cobol-Structure - only to import it (Like "-" insead of "_")?

Thank you very much!

Mark
