When i tried to connect a MQ Server with a Client through a Server Connection Channel, the following error was detected in the error logs

AMQ9213: A communications error for TCP/IP occurred.

EXPLANATION:
An unexpected error occurred in communications.
ACTION:
The return code from the TCP/IP (ioctlsocket) call was 10038 (X'2736'). Record
these values and tell the systems administrator.

I tried the following things.

1) Changed the 'MCA' value in Channel
2) Checked the User in Server side is in 'mqm' group.
3) changed the HeartBeat(HBINT) Value of channel to 100 then 0.
4) set the MQSERVER env variable in client side.

I'm using MQv5.3 on both sides(server & client)
Still it's not connecting what will be the problem?
Any idea?
