I do have an RPG program that reads messages from the queue and writes to the flat file on the AS400. The program works fine, except the data it writes all null characters. The data looks fine in the queue, but in the flat file its all null characters... any ideas please.. MQ6.0 Refresh pack 2 on AS400. |

Sorry but if you don't know RPG programming and if you can not describe your problem here there is no chance to solve it with forum posts.
no offence
Maybe you should show your code to colleague who know it ?

Do we have to change the message format?? As we get message format MQSTR, CCSID 819, Encoding 273. Is that right?? Our queue manager CCSID is 37. |
