Does this follow on from:

As stated in that post, you can either configure a dead letter handler as described in the System Admin guide, or you can write your own. It's only a local like any other; the normal API calls work on it and you can treat it the same. It just has a special use for the queue manager.

Or, given where you've posted this, you could devise a WMB flow that handles them.....
