HI all,
I installed MQ 6.0 on an MQ 5.3 AIX server. The server is 64-bit type. I deleted MQ 5.3 and re-installed fresh MQ 6.0 over it. Its all working fine. I am able to start the queue managers etc., but when i try to start the channels in them, i get the following error:
AMQ9522: Error accessing the status table
I don't find the solution for this error anywhere else... Can anyone please throw some light on this error... Your support is highly appreciated...
Thanks in advance.... |

Thank you Gaya3 for your reply. I appreciate your offer. The problem has been fixed. We had to change the MAXCHANNELS parameter in the qm.ini file. We decreased the number from 200,000 to 100,000 and we don't have this issue anymore.
It seems that the error is because of the cluster repository definitions and when we change the MAXCHANNELS parameter accordingly, the error will be resolved.
Thank you again for your reply. |

A quick question for you Gaya3. I noticed that you work in India. Is this correct? If so, where do you work in India (i mean which company).
Couple of our colleagues from India are looking for options to work in India on MQ development/administration side. Can you suggest some good options/companies to work on MQ side in India? Does Indian companies have good opportunities to work on MQ side.
I appreciate your reply on this regard. This would help our colleagues a lot. Once again thanks in advance. |
