OK, I upgraded my toolkit (two months ago) and now I'm looking at a MIME flow I did 6 months ago and I have all these warnings in my toolkit about unrecognized syntax elements.

This is MIME. While there is a spec and a tree, you make it up as you go...

Why does it give me grief about every tag?
I don't mind that there is no auto completion but don't give warnings then.

It doesn't matter if I use InputBody."MIME-Version" (I guess deprecated) or InputRoot.MIME."MIME-Version" (which is a valid tag).

Hmmm, the crickets are mighty loud...

I'm building a presentation and I would like to have it clean...

Did you resolve this issue? If yes, can you share the answer?

Thanks, Lisa

Sorry, yes I did and learned a good lesson.

You need to import the IBM supplied MIME message into a message set and simply reference it.

Well, of course, it is not that simple but almost.

When you build the message set, don't select XML, CWF or TDS.
Modify the .mset file from MRM parser to MIME.
Now import the MIME message set.
Reference it from the Flow Project.

You will even get code assist (which is what was fixed and caused the warnings).

Lesson here, it is always a good idea to model your messages no matter what parser you are actually going to use. Just because you have a message set, does not mean you must use the MRM domain.
