I am taking Input message in TDS format with comma separated.
particular Complex element 'X' is repeating. it can repeat 1 to infinity. there is one field 'XCOUNT' before X which say how many times the X is going to repeat. how to set this in property in the TDS message set properties.
as currently i giving X with min occurrence as 1 and Max as -1 so all the values after XCount are coming under Xcomplex type. no values after X are coming with their valises.
i will not have any Repeat Delimiter. or Group Terminator for the Complex Type X.

that it can not be of Fixed Length. it is of Tag Delimited type

any kind of suggestions are highly helpful

It's difficult to describe message formats. The best thing to do is to
- provide an example of your input message
- provide an example message tree showing what you want the parser to produce

Question : Does complex element X have a tag / structure id which could be used as a TDS Tag?

Whatever i understand from this question is

If XCOUNT =n;
then X will be repeating 'n' number of times with ',' as delimiter..

You can do it by giving the Length reference of X to XCOUNT
