How can i know out of the below what all are installed on my machine

Broker
User Name Server
Configuration Manager
Message broker Extension
Message Broker Toolkit

Issue mqsilist command. it will be listing all the things related to Broker, Configuration Manager and Queue Manager

mqsilist will list the components if you already created them. If you don't have broker runtime installed you can't issue this command.
What exactly you want to know?

The easy way is to check in Message broker launch pad (from where you are installing the product).
