AMQ6174: The library E:\Apps_Neg\MQSeries\exits\xml.dll was not found. The
queue manager will continue without this module.

EXPLANATION:
The dynamically loadable file E:\Apps_Neg\MQSeries\exits\xml.dll was not found.
ACTION:
Check that the file exists and is either fully qualified or is in the
appropriate directory.

Well, my guess would be someone put a message on a queue with a md.format of "xml" and somebody else is tryinig to do a MQGET of the message off the queue with convert option and MQ is simply trying to convert it using an exit called XML.
Has one of your users complained about a get that fails? Maybe with a reason code like it can't be converted?
