Hi
On my windows XP machine , When i am trying to open the MQ series explorer the error is showing like
"Problems opening perspective
com.ibm.mq.explorer.ui.internal.perspective.mqperspective."
if any body having any idea plase help me on this.

open a command prompt and put in strmqcfg -c
If that still does the same thing, then look in c:\Documents and Settings\<your user>\Application Data\IBM\MQ Explorer\.metadata for a .log file, and see if it says anything. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

"strmqcfg -c " is not working it gives the same error. The containts of the log file says this

And remember it is very particular to which version of eclipse it is running under and will not work with a different version....

Hi
Thanks for the help , But when ever i am trying to install again MQ series version 6.0 on my windows Xp box having eclipse version 3.0.1 , i am getting one error message while the intallation is going on " Unable to lunch Programe gsk7win.exe (AMQ 4733) ". Then i clicked the OK button of the error message then the installation was going on , After all The same problem i am facing with
MQ series ie not able to open the MQ series explorer ...
Please through some light ....If any body have any idea on this..
