Is there an issue with using MQOO_SET_ALL_CONTEXT or MQOO_ALTERNATE_USER_AUTHORITY. I havent seen much code using this functionality . I wanted to use this functionality to set the application name and userid to the message and also validate the rights based on the userid passed .

Is there anything I need to take care while using this functionality.

One thing: both require additional security beyond the usual access to the queues.

You will need to set alternate user authority as well.
