Is MQSeries Perl Module 1.23 supported with WebSphere MQ Version 6 on AIX? |

Thanks Wayne,
I recently tried compiling the Perl module with Cygwin Perl on my Windows XP and it failed. The major issue I see is that the new 64 bit variables that were added in Version 6 'C program libraries' are not recognized by the perl. I am yet to compile the module on AIX, which is our application environment.

I've compiled and built it on Windows with v6. And v6 on Windows is *not* 64bit.
I don't know if cygwin is a supported compiler, though.
There should be nothing in the library that would prevent it from accessing 64bit libraries.
It should compile just fine on AIX. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |
