I have spent two hours researching posts in here and IBM doco. No success.
Here's the scenario:
* MQSeries V5.3 for Windows.
* My group uses Windows across a network - there is a Active Directory domain. I am a part of it and I can access REMOTE MQSeries queue managers just fine across the network from my local workstation.
* I am trying to add a queue manager LOCALLY on my workstation. Here is where I get AMQ4036 error. Have a feeling the security check is going across the network via Active Directory.
* The crazy thing is it let me build the queu manager - but I can't get access to it.
Can I have MQSeries working both (remote and local) at the same time? If so, how do I get it working locally. I'd like to switch back and forth easily with little or no effort.
Add your network id into the local mqm group. Make sure it is added as well into the local admin group if you plan to run the qmr with it... _________________ MQ & Broker admin
