How to get source IP for a message

Excuse me, but I'm new in MQ, and have a question

When I connect from one remote application and put a message in a MQ queue,
is posible later to get the message and known the source IP where the message was sended to the queue?

Is an option to make an exit call when the message arrives to the queue and change it to put the source ip in some place to obtain later when i get the message from the queue?

Read up on how MQ works.
You are really looking for replytoQM and replytoQ.

Read the primer (see links - support packs) and read the manuals (link in top menu)
