Actually the problem is very simple one, but solution is very hard to find like me(new to concepts).
i am using amqxcs2.dll in my bin folder. so this is conflicting with original amqxcs2.dll installed in websphere.do not attempt to use any internal support class directly.
I verifyed the error folder where the websphere is instaled,so i got log file with error "Duplicate AMQXCS2.dll - This one in C:\Documents and Settings\servicemq_admin\My Documents\Visual Studio Projects\Test\bin\amqxcs2.dll, duplicate in D:\Apps\mqm\bin\amqxcs2.dll"
