Have any of you heard a product called onBase?
How can we compare the OnBase against MQ Workflow?
What are the advantages and disadvantages?

Your description sounds like onbase is a content manangement solution. Not a workflow engine. Long back I have seen a study comparing all major workflow engines. No doubt they backed MQ Workflow better than staffware, Tibco's Inconcert etc...
