I am installing WMB Tool Kit on Windows 2003 (Enterprise Edition, SP1). Installation proceeds smoothly until towards the end it tells me that there were errors and check the log files, next install completes and provides a successful install message. After that if I try to start the Tool Kit, it does not fire up at all and reviewing the "run_wmbt_j2c_update_errout.log" file I find following message

Unable to complete action for feature "J2EE Connector Tools" due to errors.
Command failed: E:\Program Files\IBM\MessageBrokersToolkit\6.0\rationalsdp.exe -clean -nosplash -application com.ibm.jxesupport.initialize

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Obviously the second install doesn't complete, even though it says that it does.

Uninstall everything. Delete any left over files. Reinstall once. See what the errors in the install logs are.
