Hey,
I'm trying to uninstall Message Broker 6.0 on AIX 5.3, using uninstall.jar found in _unistall_runtime in the directory where i installed WMBI directory. The file named unistall has size of 0 bytes, which is weird, but using when i try to run uninstall.jar myself, getting the following error:
WARNING: cannot instantiate string resolver method com.ibm.ismp.beans.resolver.RegexReplaceAllStringResolver: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: java/lang/CharSequence.
does anyone have an idea about what's missing ?

Which java are you using? That class should be in core.jar in the broker's jre directory.

Thanks, but i solved the problem - i added the jar's path to the CLASSPATH environment variable.
BTW it was java131 used instead of java14 which i also have, so i used java14 and it worked. |
