Hi,
I am working on MQSI 2.1 which has no patches installed.
If i dont update the patches , what are the Issues or Errors i might face while testing the messages flows.
waiting for the reply soon..

Given that MQSI 2.1 was used by the Romans to administer their empire, I would have thought patch level was the least of your problems! 
Casting my mind back, I think the biggest problem is that it doesn't work all that well. Or at all. Except the error logging. That worked overtime. 
I would urge you to apply the latest CSD, 09, though when I say latest I think it was released in 2003.
I would further recommend you to use a more up to date bit of software. I think I'm correct in saying 2.1 goes out of support in September - I'm sure someone will correct me if my facts are broken?

If you refer to the release notes of each CSD for V2.1, they give you a description of the fixes that have been done.
Hence each fix is pointer to the errors that you can see without the CSD(s).
