thanks Sarat!
the flowing is from a redbook:
On the Java Runtime Environment page of the installation wizard, you must specify the location of the Java runtime file (java.exe). RAC requires a Java Runtime Environment (JRE) as a prerequisite, do not specify the JRE installed with WebSphere Message Broker for this purpose, you must use an alternative JRE.
the flowing is the name of that red book
WebSphere Message Broker Managing your Installation

Hi thomaszheng,
I installed MB6 a month back and tried installaing another JRE for RAC....it dosen't work.
Then i reinstalled and mapped the path to the JRE in the MB bin folder. The Agent controller worked fine that day as i did not stop and start the service.
Next day when i started my pc, the RAC would not start....I then installed the version 5.0.2 or something. Now things are fine.
Regards. |
