Has anyone done any performance testing to show which solution is best for JNDI mappings?
Our three options are LDAP, MQContext and a JNDI file stored on a shared drive. Are there any other options worth looking into?
I did some quick tests and it appeared that MQContext was slower when issuing lookups and connections. Is this expected?

You do not specify your environment:
Stand alone JMS app
WAS app
WAS client app
Could you as well be more specific on "MQ Context"
How should we know _________________ MQ & Broker admin |

I would say it is a toss between File Context and MQ Context.
I believe that LDAP is going to be a little bit heavier on the classes you need loaded...
