i have tookit on one mechine and configuration manager on another mechine.

when i am connecting the config manager from toolkit it asking to set the configuration proxy information. i changed all attributes like retry connection intervel accordingly.

some people asking that we need to run the command MQSICREATEACLENTRY command on the toolkit mechine. but this is not available with the toolkit software.

this command is there in runtime installation.

Plz tell us the Exact process that we have to follow to get it worked

thanks

Wouldn't you have to run this command on the machine where the config mgr resides and not where the toolkit is??

Hi kishoreraju,

Where do you specify all this "retry connection interval"....I thought the connection to a remote configMgr was straight forward, asking just the config QM name etc....

Can you elaborate....

And yes what dipankar says is right, but that is the solution if you got an error like "Restricted Access" or something.

Regards.

In the toolkit:
Window -> Preferences -> Broker Administration -> Configuration Manager

Because, if the toolkit is not able to connect to the configmgr, it displays a message asking to change the interval etc.
