I hope you're being sarcastic Jeff!
Java coders are a dime a dozen in my neck of the woods. A while back, Ebay posted an opening for 60 Java programmers in the local newspapers, and the next day 5000 people *showed up* at Ebay headquarters waving resumes! I happened to be working across the street at the time, and they had to shut down the freeway and have the police remove everyone... I thought we were going to have a nerd riot
But seriously, it's sad that there are that many people out of work... _________________ Brandon Duncan

Me? Sarcastic? Never!
I just believe that it is incorrect to learn a technology because you believe it will give you a good job.
By the time you really learn the technology, the technology may be obsolete, or there may be 50000 people who are also looking for a good job using that technology.
Learn how to learn technologies. And learn how to find (and keep!) good jobs. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |
